- Profile picture / avatar URL (from your Google or Facebook account)
- Lesson viewing history (which lessons you have watched)
- Comments you post on lessons
3. Legal Basis for Processing
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we process your data on the following bases:
- Consent — by creating an account and signing in, you consent to the collection and use of your profile information.
- Legitimate interest — we track lesson views and usage patterns to improve the platform and content.

We use the following third-party services:
- Supabase — database hosting and authentication
- Google — OAuth sign-in provider
- Facebook (Meta) — OAuth sign-in provider
- Vimeo — video content hosting
- YouTube — video content hosting
These services may process data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.
5. Cookies
KiwiCutz uses only essential cookies required for authentication. These are Supabase session cookies that keep you signed in. We do not use advertising, tracking, or analytics cookies.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active. If you request account deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days.
