KiwiCutz is a members-only video content platform for barbers, operated from Ireland. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Membership & Access

Access to KiwiCutz is by invitation or approval only. Creating an account does not guarantee access to content. We reserve the right to approve, deny, or revoke membership at any time, at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

3. Intellectual Property

All video content, images, text, and other materials on KiwiCutz are the copyrighted property of KiwiCutz and its content creators. You may not:

• Download, record, or capture any video content
• Redistribute, share, or re-upload content in any form
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use any content for commercial purposes without written permission

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination.

4. User-Generated Content

You may post comments on lessons. You are solely responsible for the content of your comments. You agree not to post content that is offensive, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate. We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or delete any user-generated content at any time without notice.

5. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to access the platform and its content ceases immediately.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KiwiCutz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
